Subsidium and its employees are committed to mission accomplishment and organizational excellence.Job SummarySubsidium, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Technical Analyst to support financial and acquisition lifecycle activities for the U.S. Coast Guard CG-835. This role will focus on end-to-end transaction management, financial oversight, and compliance for intra-governmental agreements and reimbursable work activities.Responsibilities and DutiesManage full lifecycle of intra-governmental financial transactions (IAA/IRWA).Serve as primary liaison for customers on transaction execution and closeout.Monitor financial activity including obligations, receivables, and UDOs.Perform reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies across systems.Support use of G-Invoicing and federal financial systems (FSMS, GL, APMS).Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations and policies.Provide advisory support on financial processes and best practices.Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all transactions.Support reporting requirements and financial performance tracking.QualificationsExperience in federal financial management, resource management, or acquisition.Knowledge of interagency transactions and appropriations law.Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes.Must be U.S. citizen.EducationBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.Bachelor’s + 2 years relevant experience or;10+ years equivalent experience in related field.Benefits and PerksMedical / Vision and Dental PlansHoliday and Personal Time Off Pay401K planLife InsuranceEducation and Training Assistance Program (discussed during the on boarding process)Incentive Plans and Referral BonusesEmployee Assistance Programs
