As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Position Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. This role is critical to the company's growth strategy and works closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Outreach: - Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry networks. - Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels. Lead Qualification: - Engage with prospects to assess their needs, budget, and fit with company offerings. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. - Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team or account executives. CRM & Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in the CRM. - Track and report on key metrics including outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads generated. - Provide regular pipeline updates to the sales and leadership team. Requirements: Experience: - 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. - Experience in a marketing, branding, or creative agency is a plus. Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo. - Ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics. - English and/Spanish language proficiency. Personal Qualities: - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection. - Team player with a collaborative attitude. - Curious and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in B2B sales or marketing services. - Knowledge of EV chargers field. - Familiarity with email automation tools (Mailchimp, Outreach, Salesloft).
