This is a unique role that combines CRM architecture with active sales execution. You will not just be following a script; you will be building the engine, optimizing our lead management workflows, and actively hunting for new property management contracts through cold outreach, online sourcing, and rigorous follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Architecture & Optimization: Audit, refine, and manage our CRM process to ensure maximum efficiency, flawless data integrity, and automated lead nurturing.Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively hunt for new property management leads using online sources, public records, real estate platforms, and networking channels.Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls and personalized email/social outreach to property owners, real estate investors, and landlords.Pipeline Management: Own the entire lead lifecycle—from initial scraping and cold contact to consistent follow-up, ensuring a high-touch experience that brings qualified leads to the closing table.Process Documentation: Create clear, repeatable playbooks for our sales and lead-generation processes so the system can scale.Qualifications & RequirementsReal Estate/Property Management Experience: Strong preference for candidates who understand the property management industry, investor mindsets, or residential real estate.CRM Expertise: Proven track record of configuring, managing, and optimizing LeadSimple.
