As a wholly owned subsidiary of Framatome, we are built for security and plan for growth.What You’ll Do Day-To-DayUnder broad supervision, manages the company’s strategic, marketing and business development activities for products, clients and/or services for the assigned product line/portfolio. Defines and develops new product/sales opportunities to meet customer needs and makes sales presentations to generate new business. Prepares business strategy proposals to senior management for market opportunities based on market trends and forecasting. May provide leadership to less experienced Account Executives.Develop and implement sales and/or marketing strategies for specific accounts, territories and verticals.Responsible for cultivating new accounts and/or expanding existing ones.Close new orders to achieve sales quotas.Serve as the primary interface for assigned products, services and clients for the assigned product line.Responsible to obtain committed Product Line revenue and operating income annually.Propose product applications and solutions so that product and service deliveries meet customer requirements.Interface effectively with all customers to negotiate contracts and exchange vital information.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and business objectives.Develop economic scenarios to help top management challenge and validate key business decisions.Share information so that all business players develop a level of competencies and performances in line with customer requirements.Manage estimates and facilitate contract amendments so that each deal meets the targeted level of profit margin.Attend and work trade shows and industry events as needed.What You'll BringBachelor's Degree in related field with a minimum of 7 years related experience is required or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.Knowledge of company's products needs. Knowledge of proposal development and business case writing.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Ability to interprets data to make informed decision.Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.Total Rewards PackageSalary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
