We’re looking for a meticulous, tech-curious Survey Fielding & Quality Specialist to help launch, monitor, and maintain the quality of online survey projects. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert ensuring every study runs smoothly — from setup through clean, balanced data delivery.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in precision and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and launch online surveys, ensuring correct targeting, sampling, and logic before fielding beginsMonitor live survey progress to ensure balanced sampling, consistent completion rates, and reliable responsesConduct quality assurance checks to identify irregularities such as incomplete responses, speeders, or demographic imbalancesCollaborate with research, data, or engineering teams to troubleshoot fielding or platform issuesMaintain detailed documentation of survey launches, checks, and resolutionsSupport process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiencyRequirementsProven experience in survey operations, data quality, market research, or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailComfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and online survey platformsExperience working with Google Suite, Slack, and CSM toolsExcellent communication and time-management skillsInterest in data, research, or technology-driven workflowsFamiliarity with sampling methods, panel management tools, or APIs/integrations between survey platforms is a plusBenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
