About the roleThe Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a field-based, regionally aligned role responsible for supporting customer access, reimbursement, and adoption of Iantrek’s glaucoma therapies. This role partners closely with surgeons, practice administrators, and revenue cycle teams across physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs), and clinic settings to ensure patients can access Iantrek’s innovative technology. As a critical member of the commercial team, the FRM acts as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate coding, coverage, billing, and payment processes while also partnering internally with Sales and Market Access to remove reimbursement barriers and accelerate adoption. This role is highly collaborative, hands-on, and essential to ensuring we continue to “punch above our weight class” by delivering a seamless customer experience and enabling strong procedural growth.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on reimbursement, coding, coverage, and payment pathways for Iantrek’s products across all sites of care (ASC, HOPD, clinic).Educate healthcare providers, office staff, and revenue cycle teams on appropriate coding, billing practices, and payer requirements using compliant, approved materials.Partner directly with accounts to proactively identify and resolve access and reimbursement barriers impacting product adoption and procedural growth.Provide guidance on prior authorizations, claims submission, denials, and appeals processes to support successful reimbursement outcomes.Collaborate closely with field sales to prioritize accounts, align on account strategies, and support targeted growth initiatives.Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (Market Access, Sales, Finance, Clinical, and Operations) to ensure timely issue resolution and consistent communication.Gather and share field intelligence on payer policies, reimbursement trends, and market dynamics to inform broader access and commercial strategy.Support pull-through of payer coverage and policy changes by helping accounts operationalize reimbursement processes.Assist in the development and refinement of reimbursement tools, resources, and training materials to support both customers and internal teams.Support customer engagements, field visits, and industry meetings as needed to drive education and adoption.Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory, legal, and company guidelines.Travel15% TravelExperienceBachelor’s degree required (business, healthcare administration, or life sciences preferred; MPH, MBA or MHA a plus).5+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare roles.Experience supporting medical device or procedural-based products strongly preferred (ophthalmology and Category III CPT experience a plus).Strong understanding of Buy and Bill reimbursement.
