The individual analyzes seller data and aligns it with buyer priorities to facilitate targeted outreach and meaningful conversations that generate qualified interest. Working closely with deal teams, they position each opportunity effectively in the market, proactively managing buyer interactions and maintaining momentum throughout the marketing process. The ultimate objective is to convert engagement into high-quality indications of interest and offers that can be advanced to the execution and closing team.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in pre-market and internal deal kickoff calls to develop a comprehensive understanding of the seller’s business, value drivers, risks, and positioning.Lead proactive buyer outreach and engagement, building and maintaining relationships with strategic buyers, private equity firms, and other relevant capital sources.Communicate the deal narrative effectively by presenting CIMs, addressing buyer questions, and sustaining engagement throughout the marketing phase.Qualify and manage buyer interest by assessing strategic fit, credibility, and execution capability, while driving follow-ups to advance indications of interest and preliminary offers.Facilitate meaningful relationships with prospective buyers to generate competitive, high-quality offers for the closing team.Analyze buyer information and synthesize feedback, interest levels, and concerns into clear commercial and technical insights for senior bankers and closers.Serve as a central coordination point between buyers and the deal execution team, ensuring consistent messaging, disciplined process management, and continuity of relationships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or accountingMinimum 3 years in financial services sales environmentFINRA Licenses, SEI, Series 63 & 82SkillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong client centric orientationExcellent ability to build relationships and foster trustExpert level of proficiency in ExcelEffective organizational and time management skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWe welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
