If you have a background in healthcare IT or clinical imaging and are excited to bridge the gap between technical innovation and real-world medical impact, this is a chance to make an immediate difference on a team dedicated to improving millions of lives.Contract Details & RequirementsDuration: 6-Month ContractLocation: Remote (USA)Time Zone Requirement: Candidates must be located within the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones to align with our hospital partner schedules.Why You’ll Love This Role:Direct Clinical Impact: Your work ensures doctors have the best tools to make rapid, life-saving decisions for patients.Autonomy and Ownership: You will work independently to manage your own portfolio of commercial and research implementations.Dynamic Environment: This is a fast-paced role where you will juggle multiple projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Growth Focus: You aren't just setting up software; you are a consultant helping accounts identify opportunities for expansion and improved performance.Joining the team, you will....Schedule/conduct project kickoff & update calls with hospitals (both commercial & research)Act as primary liaison between hospitals and RAPID to ensure RAPID product implementation projects are successfulTrack, document, and organize site information for commercial and research implementationsPerform base level troubleshooting & support, including:Ensuring all test scans process appropriatelyWorking with site to configure base protocols on scannersCoach/prepare sites for successful go-livesCoordinate training and follow-ups for customersManage customer relationship & provide amazing responsiveness/experienceConduct regular reviews with customer to evaluate utilization/performanceWork with accounts to identify opportunities of upsell/growth/expansionCommunicate new product information/educational opportunitiesWhat you bring to the team!Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.Core Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects within the healthcare or health-tech field is essential.Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working directly with or for hospitals and healthcare IT departments.Clinical/Technical Literacy: A strong background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical environments, or healthcare-focused IT.Project Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to hit the ground running to lead site kickoffs, track and organize site information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a contract timeframe.Technical Onboarding: Responsible for coordinating server deployments and technical onboarding, including streamlining complex HL7/PACS integrations and multi-node DICOM protocols across hospital ecosystems.Communication & Adaptability: Highly effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical users.Operational Flexibility: Must be independent, self-motivated, and willing to work occasional "odd hours" to meet hospital deployment needs.Location & Time Zone: Must be located within the USA in either the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zone to align with client schedules.Nice to HavesWorkflow Optimization: Proficiency in dynamic worklist prioritization within enterprise RIS/PACS environments.Connectivity Expertise: Skilled in modality-to-PACS connectivity and DICOM destination configuration.Systems Administration: Expertise in RHEL/CentOS or Ubuntu (Linux) environments.Professional Certification: Holding a Project Management certification is considered a significant plus.Software Fluency: Advanced proficiency across Google, Microsoft, and Apple product ecosystems.Contract SummaryPosition Type: 6-Month Contract (4o hours a week)Location: Remote (USA – Central or Eastern Time Zone only; Eastern Time Zone preferred)Join our mission to help save lives and shape the future of healthcare—we look forward to hearing from you!
