Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology, software development, and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress and report project status.
- Collaborate with teams working in AWS, Java, and PostgreSQL environments.
- Support CRM implementation and integration initiatives, including Zoho and Salesforce projects.
- Prepare executive reports, project documentation, and KPI dashboards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and promote best practices in project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience managing technology, software development, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading software development and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of AWS, Java-based applications, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience using Jira or similar project management platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Requirements:
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and project management tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to generate documentation, user stories, project reports, risk assessments, and meeting summaries.
- Understanding of AI-assisted software development workflows and their impact on project delivery.
- Ability to identify opportunities to implement AI solutions within business and operational processes.
- Strong judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.
Language Requirements:
- English proficiency: C1 level or higher (required).
- Spanish proficiency: C1 level or higher (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Certifications Preferred:
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- PMI-ACP.
- Agile-related certifications.
Relocation Requirement:
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Panama.
- Availability to work onsite as required by business and project needs.
