Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage and optimize CRM systems, sales funnels, and marketing automation workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, strong technical skills, and the ability to improve lead generation, customer nurturing, and overall system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM and Pipeline ManagementSet up and manage pipelines, opportunities, and contact segmentation within GoHighLevelMaintain accurate CRM records and customer dataMonitor lead flow and customer journeysGenerate reports on pipeline performance and lead statusFunnels and Landing PagesBuild and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and websites using GoHighLevelEnsure pages are responsive, functional, and conversion-focusedImplement lead capture tracking through forms, tags, and triggersTroubleshoot and resolve funnel and page issuesAutomation and WorkflowsCreate and manage automated workflows, triggers, and campaignsSet up email and SMS automation sequencesOptimize lead nurturing and conversion processesTest and troubleshoot automations to ensure smooth executionIntegrations and Technical SupportIntegrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, and Google applicationsConfigure domains, calendars, forms, and tracking systemsHandle basic API and webhook connections when neededTroubleshoot technical and system-related issuesCollaborationWork closely with marketing and sales teams to align systems with campaign goalsRecommend improvements to workflows, automations, and conversion strategiesAssist with implementing new processes and system enhancementsQualificationsRequired5-10 years of experience in GoHighLevel, CRM Management, Marketing Automation, or a related fieldProven hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automationExperience building funnels, landing pages, and workflowsFamiliarity with integrations such as Zapier, webhooks, and APIsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilitiesExcellent English communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferredExperience in digital marketing or lead generationKnowledge of conversion optimization and basic copywritingExperience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads tracking setupBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSHow to ApplySend your updated resume and a brief cover letter outlining your GoHighLevel experience and why you would be a great fit for VA+.Email your application to recruitment@vaplusvip.comSubject Line:YOUR NAME | VA+ GHL Expert
