You bring a point of view on what best-in-class BI looks like, especially in complex, data-rich environments like SSP/DSP or ad tech ecosystems. You are equally comfortable advising executives on where the business should grow and guiding teams on how to act on those insights. You thrive in ambiguity, build alignment across leaders, and translate complex data into clear direction that drives decisions. You are an experienced leader who knows how to organize and scale teams to deliver against a clear vision. You think strategically and connect insights directly to business decisions, creating clarity for executives by simplifying complex, fragmented data. You proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities before they are obvious, balancing long-term vision with practical execution. You influence and align C-level stakeholders and cross-functional leaders, and build trust through consistency, rigor, and thoughtful communication. You elevate how teams use data—not just what data they see.You willVision & operating model for BI: Define and stand up a best-in-class Business Strategy & Intelligence function; align and evolve a sizable team across Monetization, Customer Insights, and BI to drive executive decision-making in the first 6 months.Executive-level business diagnostics: Build a holistic view of the business that clearly shows where revenue and product adoption are truly growing vs. appearing to grow.Strategic growth insights: Identify which customer cohorts, verticals, and products are expanding, contracting, or under-monetized—and translate this into prioritized opportunities.Revenue acceleration guidance: Partner with Sales leadership to define where to focus (accounts, segments, verticals) and what should change to unlock growth.Pipeline intelligence & forecasting: Improve visibility into pipeline health, stage conversion, and forecast risk; support more reliable and actionable forecasting.Pricing, packaging & deal insights: Analyze discounting, margins, and packaging effectiveness; provide guidance to improve win rate, retention, and profitability.Executive reporting & MBR: Redefine how the business is summarized for the C-suite; lead KPI frameworks and Monthly Business Reviews that drive decisions, not just reporting.Data consistency & access: Establish clear ownership, definitions, and frameworks across Finance, Analytics, and Sales; enable leaders to access and interpret data consistently. You haveThis is our ideal wish list, but most people don’t check every box on every job  description.
