Responsibilities


• The ETL Senior Developer will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements for data file requests, designing, developing and deploying fully automated ETL jobs to produce data files • Design, develop and deploy ETL programs to facilitate the receipt of data from various data sources, and the loading of data into destination tables within the overall data architecture framework. • Experience with data lakes, data warehouses and other data management components utilized to establish data assets for reporting, analytics, and other data integration services. • Experience with end-to-end solutioning for file creation and distribution, as well as supporting ETL production processes and operations • Provider technical leadership within the Enterprise Data Solutions and Analytics teams, introducing new technologies, methods or processes to enhance data assets and capabilities • Facilitates technical peer reviews and code reviews • Mentors other programmers on best practices and technical advancements in the industry • Works with various customers, prospects and stakeholders, understands and translates business use cases and/or requirements into data models, data flow diagrams and data integration routines. • Advanced understanding of complex healthcare data models, identifying data sources and mapping data to required file specifications • Designs and automates complex data quality and data validation/verification functions as part of the overall solution • Leverages expertise in ETL and the MS SQL Platform to perform performance tuning • Participates in proposing new technical architectures and solutions to improve and enhance existing architectures, processes and data services • Facilitates collaborative data modeling activities or sessions among multiple stakeholders • Expand the company’s use of data as a strategic enabler of corporate goals and objectives
