Requirements and responsibilities


• Manage UserZoom’s DealDesk. This includes monitoring DealDesk daily, as well as coordinating and responding in a timely manner to inquiries and deal proposals provided by members of the Sales team. • Act as a liaison for the Sales team in working closely with UserZoom’s Finance department as well as CorporateIT (as needed) to troubleshoot system related issues (Salesforce). • Provide support for Salesforce CPQ. Help the team create quotes and troubleshoot any system issues the team encounters. The Sales Operations Manager should be an expert within current CPQ functionality and implementation. They will also be involved in ongoing efforts to improve the user experience within CPQ. • Monitor data hygiene weekly and work with the team to ensure cleanliness. Work with management to ensure the Sales tech stack is contributing to the Sales process and promoting good data hygiene. • Manage the Sales team “Tech Stack”. Coordinate communications with various vendors which will include troubleshooting. Accommodate initial provisioning and on-boarding for new Sales team members. Work with CorpIT on upcoming software renewals. • Use communication platforms, such as G-mail, Chatter and Slack, to provide general day-to-day support to the Sales team. • Assist with various Sales reporting needs. • Provide general support to UserZoom’s Director of Sales Operations.
