Position OverviewSales Operations leader responsible for sales forecasting, POS planning, and AOP processes in partnership with Demand Planning to ensure alignment and inventory management. Also responsible for helping to develop and maintain sales tools and templates and assisting with retailer onboarding and set up. This role will also support key account planning, presentation materials, standardized pricing execution, demo/field merchandising planning, sales incentives and broker commission calculations, broker contests, off-shelf merchandising, and distribution void tracking with broker action plans. Key ResponsibilitiesManage POS planning and forecasting, partnering closely with demand planningManage distributor data, including depletions, shipments, pricing, and trade spend trackingPartner with Finance / Category Management on promo reconciliations and lift analysis.Support annual AOP planningCreate dashboards and insights for leadership (velocity, ACV, distribution, margin)Support key account planning with data, presentation decks / materials, and performance reviews, including commercial 1 pager creation to inform the sales team and broker partners of new innovation and promotionsSupport account teams with sell-in materials, pricing sheets, spec sheets, and new item forms.Own sales incentives, broker commission calculations, and payout accuracyManage trade spend documentation, customer contracts, and work with Finance to track deductions.Standardize pricing executionSupport s new vendor/retailer setup processesIdentify operational gaps and work with Sales team on solutionsAct as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and OpsCreate and manage distribution void tracking and gap analysis + action plan communications to brokersTrain and on-board new sales team members.Qualifications6+ years' experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or commercial operations (CPG/consumer foods strongly preferred)Direct experience with POS/depletion forecasting, AOP planning, and working with demand planningProven ability managing distributor data (depletions, shipments, pricing, trade spend)Experience turning data into actionable insightsExperience calculating sales incentives, broker commissions, and ensuring payout accuracyDetail-oriented, organized, with strong project-management skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
