Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities * Identify, research, and connect with potential real estate investors in the United States who would like to own rental properties in San Antonio, Texas. * Conduct direct outreach through phone calls, email, social platforms, networking, and public-records research to engage investors who currently own property or are actively seeking investment opportunities. * Present My Turnkey Investments as the preferred integrated solution for acquisitions, renovations, and property management. * Qualify investor prospects based on available capital, goals, investment horizon, level of experience, and suitability within MTI programs. * Guide qualified investors to schedule meetings directly with the MTI team for final presentation and onboarding. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring continued participation rather than one-time transactions. * Track investor activity, communication history, and qualification data within the company CRM. * Represent MTI professionally during in-person meetings, events, or investor gatherings when presence is requested. Qualifications Required * Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required. * Ability to understand and clearly articulate basic real estate investment concepts. * Comfort and confidence making outbound prospecting calls. * Ability to work and remain accountable in a commission-based structure. * High degree of organization and follow-up discipline.
