Affiliate & Influencer Manager – iGaming (Mexico Market)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly connected Affiliate & Influencer Manager to drive strategic partnerships and player acquisition for our online casino platform in the Mexican market.
This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the LATAM streaming, influencer, and affiliate ecosystems who understands how to build long-term, high-value partnerships with content creators, streamers, and affiliate partners. You will be responsible for identifying top-performing partners, negotiating collaborations, and managing relationships that generate consistent player growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing affiliates, influencers, and streamers in the Mexican market.
• Build strong long-term relationships with casino streamers, gaming creators, and digital communities.
• Develop partnership deals with affiliates and influencers to drive player acquisition and brand exposure.
• Monitor affiliate and influencer performance and optimize campaigns based on ROI and player value.
• Stay constantly informed about emerging streamers, viral creators, and new media trends within the gaming and streaming space.
• Negotiate commission structures, sponsorship deals, and promotional partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to coordinate campaigns, bonuses, and promotional events with partners.
• Track and analyze affiliate traffic quality, player retention, and lifetime value.
• Represent the brand in affiliate networks, online communities, and industry events.
Required Experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
• Experience working in competitive industries such as iGaming, sports betting, crypto, gaming, or fintech.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, streamers, and affiliates.
• Strong understanding of the LATAM digital ecosystem, especially Mexico.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and emerging streaming platforms.
• Experience negotiating affiliate deals and partnership agreements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of affiliates, streamers, or influencers within the gaming or betting space.
• Knowledge of popular and upcoming creators in the Mexican gaming and streaming scene.
• Experience managing affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
