We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a wide range of technical roles. In this position, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives, own full‑cycle recruitment, partner closely with leadership, and elevate our talent strategy by ensuring top-quality hires and an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities: *Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑senior and leadership IT roles across LATAM and global markets. *Develop advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive and high‑demand technical candidates. *Conduct structured interviews in English and Spanish, ensuring a consistent and high-standard evaluation process. *Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and refine selection criteria. *Coordinate and refine technical interview processes to ensure efficiency and fairness. *Manage offer negotiation, compensation alignment, and contract coordination. *Mentor and support Talent Acquisition team members, guiding them through best practices and process improvements. *Optimize ATS workflows, reporting, and recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance). *Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen Hikru’s presence within IT communities. *Collaborate with HR and People Ops teams on onboarding, talent planning, and compliance processes. Required Skills & Experience: *10+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, with at least 5 years focused on IT/technical roles. *Proven experience hiring for complex technical positions (software development, cloud, data, QA, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.). *Strong interviewing skills in both English and Spanish. *Deep understanding of IT technologies, stacks, and role-specific competencies. *Expertise using sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, job boards). *Strong ability to partner with leadership and influence hiring decisions. *Experience managing multiple simultaneous pipelines in a fast‑paced environment. *Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. *Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. *Strong organization, autonomy, and attention to detail. Nice to Have: *Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters. *Background working in distributed or global teams. *Knowledge of compensation structures and regional labor regulations. *Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies. *Experience supporting People Ops/HR processes beyond recruitment.
