As a BDR you will be responsible for outbound activities including calling, emailing and social media prospecting new customers and creating First Time Appointments for sales pipeline generation.To be successful in this role you must have a lot of tenacity. In addition, the ability to uncover and qualify prospective needs, identify opportunities, and areas Liongard can bring value.You also must be passionate about contributing to the kind of team that promotes our culture and teach prospective customers about the benefits of Liongard. We execute as a team and expect strong collaboration to ensure consistent communication within Revenue team and across all major functions of the company.What you will doCall and email prospective customersSocial Media prospecting via LinkedInSchedule first time appointments for prospects to engage with the sales teamIdentify customers need and share how Liongard can assist themWork directly with a Regional Sales Manager to exceed revenue targets within defined territoryQuota carrying for outbound activitiesRespond to day-to-day inquiries generated from marketingWork to qualify marketing leadsPre/Post activities, setup and attendance at tradeshow and in-person eventsCommunicate with co-workers through email Slack and/or verballyAdapt to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedGreat at time management and multitaskingQualifications1-3 years of progressive direct/outbound sales experienceDemonstrated outbound hunting skillsProven track record of outbound activity, quality, and customer focusAny Managed Service Provider experience and MSP channel products is a big plusPrevious experience working for, or selling to IT Managed Services Providers is a plusStrong in-person and on-screen presentation skillsExceptional customer service skillsExperience with general IT InfrastructureExperience with SalesforceExcellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
