* Spanish fluency (mandatory; English/Portuguese optional but not sufficient).
Must have:

* Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced/fluent).
* Deep knowledge in payments applications.
* Knowledge of banking or processing back office.
* Strong knowledge and experience in ISO 8583.
* Solid knowledge in Payments Network (Card Schemes) concepts, certification process, policies, and workflow.
* Experience in business rules for payment applications.
* High proficiency in business requirement writing.
* Extensive experience with data visualization.
* Customer service skills.
* Follow-up skills.
* Proven analytical abilities.
* Experience in generating process documentation.
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insight.

* Collaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications.
* Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements continuously.
* Perform discovery of the customer's current process, solution, or platform.
* Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and standard solutions.
* Develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively and efficiently with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams. Collaborate with the team to ensure the requirements are delivered according to customer quality criteria.
