Hiring REMOTE Bankruptcy Paralegal - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Bankruptcy Paralegal positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with the preparation and review of bankruptcy-related documents and court forms. Gather, organize, and review client information and supporting documentation, including income, debts, assets, and creditor details. Maintain accurate, well-organized electronic case files. Track case progress, deadlines, court dates, and required follow-ups. Update internal systems and case management tools with notes, case status, and key milestones. Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client questions and case status updates. Assist with client intake, ensuring all required information and documentation is collected accurately. Communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically with clients throughout the bankruptcy process. Preferred Skills & Tools: Proficiency in bankruptcy case management software. Experience with electronic filing systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: Experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal with a strong focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Proven experience preparing bankruptcy petitions and supporting documentation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
