Role OverviewImpruvon is seeking a high-impact, results-driven Director of Marketing to build, scale, and own our marketing engine. This is a true player-coach role for a builder who thrives with a high degree of autonomy and is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for filling the top of the funnel, optimizing our systems, and establishing Impruvon as a trusted leader in the long-term care and behavioral health sectors. The primary focus of this role is building a repeatable, scalable pipeline generation engine. Demand generation and pipeline creation will be the core driver of success. In the early stages, you will personally execute campaigns, build workflows, and launch outbound initiatives while also defining strategy and leading the marketing function. You will define the roadmap, optimize our systems, and manage our Senior Marketing Manager. This role requires someone who prioritizes marketing attribution and performance, is deeply technical in HubSpot, and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where measurable business impact is the priority.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Pipeline OwnershipOwn the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution aligned to company growth goalsDefine ICPs, segmentation, and go-to-market approaches for Residential Providers and government systemsDrive marketing-generated pipeline and opportunity creation, aligning closely with Sales to improve lead quality and velocityBuild and scale a repeatable demand generation engine across outbound email, digital campaigns, and conference strategiesDrive predictable, scalable pipeline and revenue contribution through marketing effortsDemand Generation & Funnel Development (Primary Focus)Design and execute multi-channel campaigns including: Outbound email and sequencingDigital campaigns (paid and organic)Conference
