Requirements and responsibilities


This role is for a Customer Service Agent on a Travel account, located in Alabang, Philippines. The total salary is PHP 30,050, which includes a base pay of PHP 27,000 and a non-taxable allowance of PHP 3,050 upon hire. Joining dates are available on March 16, 2026, April 6, 2026, April 27, 2026, and May 18, 2026, with 95 headcounts available. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and travel changes. - Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to manage reservations and travel requests. - Provide accurate travel information, including schedules, fares, and policies. - Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow company service standards. Requirements: - You must be a Senior Highschool or College Graduate. - You must have at least 6 months of experience with any GDS Booking Tool acquired from either the BPO or Travel Industry. - You must be amenable to work on shifting schedules. - You must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang.
