Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and lead key workstreams of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.Configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct solution walkthroughs, user training, and support post-go-live activities.Drive process improvements and recommend best practices across HCM functions.Required Skills & Experience4–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.Experience in two or more of the following modules:Compensation & BenefitsOracle Time & Labor (OTL)Absence ManagementPayrollHelp DeskLearningOracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)Talent ManagementEnd-to-end experience in 3–4 Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.Hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting at least two Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle Fusion best practices.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Good to HaveExperience with Oracle AI Agent capabilities.Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI Migration projects.Interested?
