Requirements and responsibilities


Role Description: We are looking for a remote IT Support & Automation Engineer (Level 3). The main goal of this role is absolute operational autonomy: we need someone capable of owning infrastructure challenges from end to end and taking operational weight off management. We are not looking for a ticket-mover or someone who waits for a step-by-step guide. We need a technical professional who sees a repetitive issue, writes a script, and automates it so it never happens again. This is a 100% remote, full-time position operating in a fast-paced, bilingual environment, interacting daily with US-based systems and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Technical Support: Diagnose, resolve, and document complex infrastructure, network, and endpoint incidents for SMB clients. - Kill Repetitive Tasks: Write robust scripts (PowerShell is a must) and deploy automations via RMM/MDM to achieve a self-healing operational environment. - Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize cloud environments (Azure), tools like NinjaOne and Microsoft Intune, and overall security baselines. - Own the Outcome: Manage critical incidents with absolute autonomy. No micro-management, just pure ownership and technical execution. Qualifications & Requirements (Excluyente): - Fluent/Bilingual English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to directly support and communicate technical solutions clearly with US-based clients under pressure. - Automation-First Mindset: Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for task automation, patch deployment, and proactive system remediation. If you have to do it twice, you automate it. - Solid MSP/SysAdmin Background: Proven experience in Systems Administration, networking, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and centralized management tools (RMM/MDM). - Problem-Solving Autonomy: Proactivity to detect and fix issues before they escalate, with a strong capability to work independently.
