In this role, you will take ownership of a region, developing new dealer partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and driving performance through training, strategy, and hands-on support. This is a high-impact, field-based role for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving measurable growth.What You'll DoIdentify and onboard new dealership partners within your assigned regionBuild and maintain strong relationships with active dealers to support retention and growthConduct in-person dealership visits to assess performance, provide support, and strengthen partnershipsTrain and mentor dealership staff on Rider’s Advantage products, processes, and sales strategiesDevelop and execute regional action plans to drive production and performanceAnalyze dealership performance and identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with dealership leadership (owners, GMs, F&I managers, service teams) to align on goals and strategiesRespond to dealer and customer inquiries, including support on claims-related questions when neededMaintain accurate records of activity, dealer interactions, and pipeline developmentConduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategic partnershipsWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who takes ownership of your territory and operates with a strong sense of initiative. You enjoy building partnerships from the ground up while also strengthening and growing existing relationships.You’re equally comfortable coaching dealership teams, analyzing performance, and developing strategies to improve results.
