Role Overview: - The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce teams to gather requirements, drive functional analysis, and support end-to-end Syndigo implementation projects. Key Responsibilities: Business & Functional Analysis: - Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. - Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications. - Create user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. Syndigo Implementation Support (Core Requirement): - Work on end-to-end Syndigo implementation / enhancement projects. - Support product content management and syndication workflows. - Collaborate with technical and business teams for integrations and enhancements. - Ensure smooth implementation aligned with business goals. Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Hands-on experience with Syndigo platform implementation/support. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or product content domains. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong documentation and analytical skills.
