System Platform/WonderWare Support We are looking for a System Platform/WonderWare Support Specialist to ensure reliable, real-time operation of HMI and RTU systems in critical infrastructure environments. Key Skills: - System Platform/WonderWare support and troubleshooting in live operations. - HMI configuration, tag management, and alarm handling. - RTU and PLC support with field communications (Modbus, DNP3, OPC). - Real-time issue resolution and ticket-based support workflows. - Root cause analysis and system performance improvement. - Basic OT networking and system health monitoring. Experience: - Minimum 2 years in industrial control systems. - Background in pipeline, utilities, or industrial environments preferred.
