This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute technical leadership from day one.Key Responsibilities Own data engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and thorough documentation Communicate directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and proactively manage scope changes Work independently with minimal supervision while identifying blockers early and proposing solutions Provide technical guidance and influence architecture and design decisions Represent the engineering team professionally during stakeholder interactions Requirements5+ years of Data Engineering experience Strong production experience with: Snowflake dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud Dagster or Airflow Python Advanced SQL AWS and/or Azure GitHub Actions TerraformLocation: Canada (Canadian residents only)
