The Advisor, Technical Implementation is a role within our Enterprise Implementation organization supporting integration and software implementations. This role is responsible for data analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of our various applications supporting healthcare interoperability. The successful incumbent will understand how to transform and configure healthcare data from our customers into our various solutions. In addition, their technical aptitude and ability to understand how to resolve customer issues will directly lead to satisfied customers and business success. This is a customer-facing position, so great interpersonal and communication skills are a must.Minimal travel may be required for company gatherings or requested client meetings that are able to be accommodated. About 5-10% travel annually.ResponsibilitiesCompletes day-to-day application support tasks with moderate supervisionProvides professional input to complex application support tasks/projectsServes as the first point of contact technical configuration of assigned productsMonitors and works through implementation project plans for assigned projects under the guidance and partnership of the Implementation Project ManagerManage the process for taking a new customer project from the phase of ‘data received and loaded’ to ‘go live’ byAnalyzing the output of our software to validate resultsUnderstanding customer’s workflows and confirming our software is properly configured for those workflowsAdding needed master data to our database to support the above itemsTraining lead users in how to validate the data as part of the implementationPartner with support teams to troubleshoot, determine root cause, resolve, or escalate issues as neededPerform routine configurations and application modifications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelinesTroubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, database or other issuesEnter time and thoroughly track implementation project status changesPerform data mapping from the client's system(s)QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience1+ years working in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experienceBasic knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts related to technology implementationAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environmentEffective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
