Paralegal, clinic, or corporate law background a plus.Mid-Level (3–6 years): Hands-on H-1B, PERM, or intracompany transfer experience; comfort working directly with HR contacts; proactive ownership approach.Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise across the employer immigration spectrum; ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to client HR and Legal leadership; drive toward practice leadership.Across all levelsJ.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates).Full commitment to Manifest’s SLAs and quality standards.Self-motivated, organized, deadline-driven.Communication that client-side HR teams find clear, proactive, and trustworthy.Compensation$130,000–$250,000. Base scales with experience. Bonus scales with your output and quality. Path to $200K–$1M+ at practice leadership.
