We are looking for a proactive and technically strong SAP Application Support Engineer to join our support team and ensure smooth, stable, and efficient SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) operations across enterprise environments.If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy resolving real-time production issues in cloud-based SAP landscapes, this role is for you.Role: SAP Application Support Engineer (BTP)Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP BTP applications and platform servicesMonitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesTroubleshoot issues related to SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Foundry, SAP Build, SAP HANA Cloud, and platform servicesAnalyze application logs, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and integration failuresSupport user management, role assignments, destination configurations, and security-related activitiesCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure platform stability and business continuitySupport continuous improvement of application support processes and cloud operationsRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP BTP support environmentsHands-on expertise in troubleshooting SAP BTP services and cloud applicationsExperience with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA Cloud, and platform administrationKnowledge of authentication mechanisms, connectivity services, and integration monitoringGood understanding of SAP system architecture, cloud landscapes, and integration frameworksGood to Have:Knowledge of ITIL support processes and incident managementExposure to SAP S/4HANA integrations and extension scenariosExperience with monitoring and alerting toolsUnderstanding of APIs, OAuth, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and cloud security concepts📩 Interested candidates can apply or refer suitable profiles at: careers@prodigyhrm.com📣 Know someone who fits?
