As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project management to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction projects.Salary$225 per weekResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager with Procore (Procore knowledge required)Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finishPrepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resourceAssist in obtaining necessary permits and licensesPrepare and present progress and budget reports to senior managementBid coordination/Estimating support (finding subcontractors, requesting and following up on bids, bid qualification, bid management)Maintain project documentation and recordsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProven experience in construction project management or related fieldStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving skills and attention to detail
