Our software tool makes strategic planning and management reporting simple and efficient so that our customers can focus on making better decisions.So, what would you do here?YOU are driven, dedicated, and have what it takes to smash quotas and succeed in tech sales. If so, come join one of the area’s hottest tech companies where you will be constantly challenged, but also rewarded.Responsibilities Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and offering a partnership and solution Find new prospects, perform discovery calls, qualify outbound leads and set up demos for our Account Executives within your first month.Develop and test outbound prospecting campaigns to find leads and book qualified meetings.Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to build cross-functional sales processes.Become an expert in performance management to support potential new customers.Be open to coaching and training from our existing team of BDRs, AEs and Consultants.Serve as a brand enthusiast for ClearPoint and how we’re helping organizations achieve their goal.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management Update client data and communications within Salesforce CRM Utilize tools such as Gong, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo to do your daily tasks Prospect new leads based on industries and verticals in our focus markets Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
