You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to turn complex, ambiguous infrastructure challenges into clear, valuable product outcomes.What You’ll DoDefine and drive platform product strategyOwn the roadmap for key platform domains (e.g., Accounts or Payments), driving initiatives such as “Sign in with Dojo”Translate ambiguous technical challenges into clear product opportunities with defined outcomes and success metricsEnsure platform work is grounded in real user and business valueDeliver high-impact platform capabilitiesBreak down complex systems into incremental, shippable improvements that deliver value early and oftenPartner closely with engineering to drive execution from concept through launch and adoptionBalance tradeoffs across technical complexity, product value, and costEstablish strong platform product practicesDefine how platform teams gather requirements, prioritize work, and align with stakeholdersIntroduce structured, data-informed decision-making into platform roadmapsHelp reduce reactive work by creating clarity and alignment across teamsPartner cross-functionallyWork closely with Data Platform to deliver high-impact data capabilitiesCollaborate with product teams to ensure platform capabilities meet real needs and are widely adoptedAct as a bridge between technical systems and end-user experienceYou Will Be a Match If You …Have 6+ years of experience as a technical PM (or equivalent between software engineer and technical PM roles)Have significant experience working on platform or infrastructure products used by multiple teamsHave operated in high-growth or scaling environments with increasing system complexityDemonstrate strong ownership and a bias for action, driving initiatives from problem definition through deliveryCan translate technical systems into clear product direction and user/business valueAre comfortable working in ambiguity and turning unclear problems into structured plansHave experience working with sensitive or regulated data (e.g., identity/auth, financial, or student data)Are an excellent communicator, especially in writing, and can explain complex ideas clearlyNice to HaveExperience with identity, authentication, payments, or data platformsBackground spanning both technical systems and user-facing productsExperience building consumer-facing or product-led platformsAdditional InformationWe are a distributed company and hire teammates who can collaborate effectively across time zones with meaningful overlap with the Americas.We are committed to equal opportunity and building a diverse team. Salary ranges (United States):CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $160,000 - $215,000 (USD)All other states in the US: $136,000 - $183,000 (USD)
