At the core of HR operations in Europe, this role ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of HR and payroll activities across multiple countries, with a focus on the Netherlands and Italy.You act as a key operational partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in a fast-paced, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & BenefitsManage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providersEnsure accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligationsAdminister employee benefits programs (insurance, pension, mobility, etc.)Investigate and resolve payroll discrepanciesHR Administration & ContractsDraft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentationAdvise managers and employees on labor law (Netherlands & Italy) and HR policiesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (including visas/work permits where required)Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee documentationHR Operations & Absence ManagementManage sickness and absence processes in line with local regulationsEnsure accurate and up-to-date HR data in HR systemsProcess payroll-impacting changes and employee lifecycle updatesSupport & Continuous ImprovementAct as the main point of contact for HR and payroll queriesProduce regular HR and payroll reportsContribute to process improvement, standardization, and automationRequirements5+ years of experience in HR operations (payroll, administration, contracts)Experience in an international or multicultural environmentStrong knowledge of Dutch and/or Italian labor law and payroll practicesFluent English + Dutch or Italian requiredSolid experience with HRIS and payroll tools (e.g., Workday, CloudPay)Advanced Excel skillsKey competencies:Detail-oriented, structured, hands-on, autonomous, and service-driven with strong communication skills.Why Join Us?Fast-growing international companyCollaborative and multicultural HR teamFlexible, hybrid working environmentOpportunity to shape and optimize HR operations at scaleContract length: 7 months with perspective of indefined from 2027
