Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Produce and maintain PMO reporting, program plans, and RAID logs. - Screen vendors and support contract analysis during procurement activities. - Assemble and organize inspection evidence packs for regulatory submissions. - Track milestones, actions, and dependencies across squads. - Support Delivery Managers with reporting packs, meeting minutes, and decision logs. - Maintain audit-ready documentation across the delivery program. Qualifications: - Experience in a PMO, delivery analyst, or tech analyst role on a large technology program. - Proficiency in program tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent). - Strong documentation skills: RAID logs, status reports, evidence packs. - Experience supporting vendor procurement or contract analysis preferred. - Banking or regulated industry exposure preferred. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Strong async communication and remote-work discipline. - English fluency.
