Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a "Deputy Care Managers" for our leading client. Position: Deputy Care Managers. Salary: Upto £40k per annum. No. of Years: Minimum 4 years’ proven experience managing a 30–40 bedded residential care home. Location: Coppull, Chorley (Care Home). Requirements: - British National. - NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults). - Active involvement in care planning and delivery. - Strong leadership & team management (staff supervision + rota management). - In-depth knowledge of CQC standards & regulatory compliance. - Experience in safeguarding, risk assessments & incident management. - Ability to support audits, inspections & quality assurance processes. Key Traits/Skills: - Hands-on operational support. - Strong team coordination and mentoring. - Attention to detail in care delivery. - Effective communication with staff and residents. - Ability to step up in Manager’s absence. - Compassionate, patient-centered approach Mandatory. Job Responsibilities: - Support the Registered Manager in daily operations. - Supervise staff and ensure care standards are met. - Assist in care planning and reviews. - Handle staff rotas and shift coordination. - Monitor compliance and assist in audits. - Respond to incidents and support safeguarding procedures.
