You will spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. You orchestrate a “White Glove” experience that reduces time-to-value and sets the stage for long-term retention, while continuously improving our systems and processes.ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ImplementationLead the Lifecycle: Manage the publisher journey from Sales endorsement to “Live” status; project manage the publisher’s first 30–90 days.Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to troubleshoot setup concerns (Header Bidding, GAM, wrappers) and ensure optimal configuration.Feature Activation: Ensure all applicable M2 Tech Features are activated at launch to maximize publisher revenue immediately (KPI: Uptake %).Client-Centric Communication & EducationKick-off & Strategy: Conduct kick-off calls to understand the publisher’s specific business goals and align the implementation plan.Ambassadorship: Serve as the primary champion for M2 tools and products; provide comprehensive walkthroughs so publishers are comfortable and proficient with the platform.Responsive Support: Be the primary point of contact for questions during installation, offering both technical and empathetic guidance.Performance Analysis & HandoffPerformance Reviews: Conduct thorough 7-day and 30-day post-live performance reviews; use data to demonstrate value and identify early optimization wins.Seamless Transition: Manage a structured handoff to the Ad Optimizer and Customer Success Manager so no momentum is lost after the initial 30-day period.Day-to-day ActivitiesExternal Engagement: Meet new partners constantly; lead high-impact kickoff calls to align technology with the publisher’s business goals.Project Command: Project manage the entire implementation lifecycle, coordinating between publisher and technical teams for an optimal, revenue-ready setup and accelerated scale.Performance Ownership: Conduct data-driven 7-day and 30-day performance reviews to prove value immediately.Seamless Handoff: Orchestrate a smooth transfer to the account management team to keep relationship momentum uninterrupted.How this role fits into the organizationStrategic Impact: Reporting to the Ad Ops Team Manager, you are the architect of the “First 30 Days.”The “Wow” Factor: Deliver the “White Glove” experience and set the trajectory for retention by uncovering publisher goals early.Bridge Builder: Link Sales promises to long-term operational success so each new client enters the ecosystem with clarity, confidence, and a setup primed for revenue generation.Who You AreMust Haves1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations.Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics; experience with WordPress and debugging ad calls is a strong plus.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools; able to spot trends quickly.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; can command a room (virtually) and manage expectations clearly.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball.Nice to HaveHas worked with AdSense, Google Analytics, and GAM; extensive knowledge of Google policies and other platforms.Understands coding and has a strong tech background.Has worked with WordPress and is knowledgeable about implementing ads and debugging ad calls.Bilingual — Portuguese and Spanish are an extra bonus.What We OfferCompetitive Salary: Salary formula adjusts to your cost of living and experience.Work remotely: Live and work wherever you like.Flexible working hours: Autonomy to set your own schedule.Retreats: In-person company get-togethers.Career growth and learning opportunities.Interviews are conducted virtually.
