Requirements and responsibilities

⭐ Onboard new writers/proofreaders along with Content Coordinator and provide monthly training to diggers to build a writing/proofreading team that is aligned with the content department operations, goals, and production times. ⭐ Filter new content orders and determine how blogs must be done in terms of structure and SEO. Create blog's first draft/references. ⭐ Random QA tests. The editor will also run daily QA tests by selecting random blogs that have been written and proofread and will provide feedback to each gigger. This procedure will be a part of monthly writer scores. ⭐ Must be knowledgeable in SEO writing to actively propose procedures that can enhance the blog's conversion rates. ⭐ Creating and updating blog writing and proofreading SOPs. ⭐ Create indicators to measure blog quality and create improvements for the overall freelance team processes. ⭐ Advance user of PM platforms in iVisa: Gsuite, Asana, and Slack to allow constant communication with C.Team and giggers. ⭐ Collaborate with the Marketing/Dev departments and write and proofread marketing documents (newsletters, web/app descriptions, etc) whenever necessary, as well as analyze blog's performance. ⭐ Ensure that articles are factually accurate.
