Job Title :Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner- Virtual Care
Duration: 6 Plus month with possible extension
Location: Fully Remote
WEEKEND WORKFORCE NEEDED - Every Weekend preferred, but will accept every other weekend if desired – list preference at top of resume. 8-12 hour shifts available.
Must have a minimum of four of the below licenses ACTIVE: NC, SC, GA, VA (must hold IP), PA, NY, NJ
Weekend Shift Requirements:
-One major holiday
-One minor holiday
-Shift times are flexible - 9am-5:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, Open to 10 or 12 hour shift if preferred.
You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above.
Encounters are documented utilizing an electronic health record (EHR).
Telehealth providers report directly to the Enterprise Initiative Lead.
Sat/Sun 6am-11pm 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts available
