Zurich, Switzerland Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite per Week Contract | 6months duration initially About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to elevate our cloud, automation, and deployment capabilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep experience in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, and configuration management using Ansible. Key Responsibilities • Build & Optimize CI/CD Pipelines: Develop scalable CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent. • Infrastructure Automation: Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment tasks with Ansible. • Cloud Engineering: Manage and enhance cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Containers & Orchestration: Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads. • Monitoring & Observability: Implement Prometheus, Grafana, ELK for system reliability and insights. • Security Integration: Embed DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and secrets handling. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with development, QA, and product teams to streamline delivery processes. • Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or deployment issues quickly and effectively. Required Skills • Configuration Management: Advanced-level Ansible (playbooks, roles, debugging). • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. • IaC Tools: Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation. • Scripting: Skilled in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Version Control: Knowledge of Git and branching workflows. • Operating Systems: Excellent Linux/Unix administration skills. • Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs
