OverviewThe financial system is the backbone of America’s economy — yet today’s AI is unsafe, unaccountable, and unfit for banking and financial services. We are doing this by offering a purpose-built, bank-native AI Platform as a Service that enables financial institutions and fintechs to innovate safely, scale efficiently, and strengthen their role in serving their customers and communities.We are seeking a consultative sales professional who has knowledge of and experience in banking, particularly in SaaS sales, to lead sales to enterprise banks and fintechs.Role Definition Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new revenue from small to medium banks, fintechs and credit unions. This is a full-cycle role: from prospecting and relationship building, to solution selling, to closing multi-year AI, SaaS and services contracts.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end sales process including:Developing, adapting, and executing upon strategic account plansGenerating and qualifying leads, both inbound and outboundLeading and thoughtfully managing full enterprise sales lifecycleBuilding effective relationships with key stakeholders across many buying personas while establishing trust over timeProactively quarterbacking and communicating amongst key internal and external stakeholdersNegotiating and closing multi-year contractsPartnering closely with our customer experience organization to ensure that customers achieve continued successRequirements4+ years of SaaS sales experience in closing role with demonstrated success selling a technical product to enterprises with 6-12 month sales cycle lengthsKnowledge of and experience within banking, AI, SaaS, lending, or creditAbility to quarterback complex sales processes by leveraging resources and thinking strategicallyAbility to communicate proactively, clearly and directly - with internal and external stakeholders - both verbally and in writingAbility to build and manage trusted relationships across all levels of seniority within an enterpriseAbility to gather details to reach full understanding of customer pain across many stakeholdersStrong work ethic, professional pride, and disciplineAbility to balance long-term focus and patience with short term prioritization and urgencyEntrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-paced startup environmentsWillingness to travel 20–30%Benefits/PerksRemote (US-based, Eastern Timezone preferred)Full benefits, including healthcare, parking and/or commuter benefit, gym membership, and moreCollegial work environment
