Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager / Growth Hacker will own and scale the company’s social media presence across major platforms. This role goes beyond content scheduling and focuses heavily on consistent publishing, engagement, content repurposing, and identifying repeatable growth strategies that drive followers, reach, engagement, and inbound traffic or leads on a weekly basis. You’ll collaborate closely with paid ads, creative, and leadership teams to turn ideas into content and content into growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media channels end-to-end, with a primary focus on Instagram, as well as X, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Publish and schedule content consistently using platform best practices.
Write engaging captions designed to drive interaction and reach.
Actively manage comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
Maintain and execute a structured content calendar and posting cadence.
Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to source ideas and align content with campaigns.
Track performance metrics, test new ideas, and iterate based on results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
Strong organizational skills with excellent execution and follow-through.
Self-starter who can operate independently without constant oversight.
Creative mindset balanced with data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a fast-moving environment.
Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform behavior.
Comfortable being accountable to growth, engagement, and performance metrics.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience creating content independently using Canva or similar tools.
Background working with or alongside paid media teams.
Experience in finance, trading, or education-related industries.
