Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: Research & Strategy: * Conduct competitive and category analysis across multiple industries to identify creative opportunities. * Turn market trends, consumer feedback, and behavioral data into actionable creative strategies. * Define emotional triggers and lifestyle aspirations that best connect with target audiences. Visual Storytelling & Creative Briefs: * Develop storytelling frameworks for campaigns and product launches. * Write structured creative briefs outlining visual concepts, key benefits, and brand positioning rationale. * Prioritize key selling points based on audience psychology, market data, and business priorities. Collaboration & Direction: * Direct the creation of high-impact visuals, from hero imagery to content series. * Guide tone, style, and brand personality across photography, video, and graphic design. * Ensure creative output remains consistent with brand guidelines and growth objectives. Optimization & Trends: * Monitor creative performance metrics to refine strategies over time. * Stay ahead of emerging visual trends and platform best practices across social, DTC, and marketplaces. * Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to validate and improve creative decisions. Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or design direction roles. * Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, cross-platform campaigns, and brand development. * Understanding of consumer psychology, emotional appeal, and conversion logic. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to brief teams and articulate the rationale behind creative choices. * Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Haves: * Experience with both online and offline brand activation. * Familiarity with performance-driven creative testing. * Background in home, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness categories. What Success Looks Like: * Delivery of brand-aligned creative frameworks that consistently drive engagement and conversion. * Effective balance between art and data, producing visually compelling content that performs. * Measurable impact on key metrics such as CTR, CVR, brand recall, and customer loyalty.
