Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join Team Technology Global (TTG) and support a client development project. In this role, you’ll work as part of the TTG delivery team, partnering closely with client stakeholders and an offshore development team to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll play a key role across discovery, documentation, sprint execution, testing, and demos, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively within an Agile environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong English comprehension. What You’ll Work On ● Lead discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders. ● Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. ● Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. ● Collaborate closely with offshore technical teams to clarify scope and requirements. ● Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. ● Perform functional testing and support validation of delivered features. ● Participate in sprint demos and ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations. ● Act as a key communication bridge between the client, and TTG development team. What We’re Looking For ● Proven experience as a Business Analyst on software or digital delivery projects. ● Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills. ● Strong ability to run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews. ● Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. ● Comfortable working with offshore or distributed development teams. ● Experience supporting testing, validation, and sprint demos. ● Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Time Zone Note This role requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, particularly for client discovery workshops and key meetings. Overlap with the Indonesian offshore development team (WIB) will be as needed for coordination and delivery support.
