You will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives within a fast-paced and high-growth healthcare technology company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the sales org, the development of your team, and Plenful’s success achieving revenue goals. Leading by example you’ll be a champion of our Operating Principles and foster a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.What you’ll doLead a team of 5-10 sellersConsistently deliver against team revenue goalsRecruiting and developing top sales talentAssist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the valueProvide sales support and coaching to the team via daily/weekly engagements such as 1 on 1s, team meetings, recorded call reviews, pipeline management and deal strategyLead forecasting across the team to provide visibility to senior leadershipReview and revise team playbooks to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales funnelBe a critical member of the Plenful revenue leadership team partnering with our executives, our customer team, marketing and RevOps to achieve Plenful’s acquisition goalsWhat we’re looking for5+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably in healthcare)Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Enterprise sales (preferably in healthcare tech)Healthcare and/or Pharmacy sales experience a bonusPrevious experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground upExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of business acumen and ability to engage directly with the C-suite in the healthcare industryPrevious Success and continued desire to work in a fast scaling sales organizationPlenful PerksGreat benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance, meal stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock optionsJoin an all-star team with direct access to executive leadershipOpportunities to further develop and refine your partnership acumen by partnering with our seasoned leaders
