Strategic Operations & Execution Systems Coordinator PlanITROI is seeking a Strategic Operations & Execution Systems Coordinator to work full-time in a remote contractor role during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours. This role serves as the operational engine behind execution, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into disciplined, systemized action across the organization. The role requires advanced, hands-on experience with execution and operating frameworks, including EOS, Scaling Up, 4DX, and Metronome. The coordinator will integrate BHAGs, 3HAGs, 1HAGs, WIGs, One Numbers, Massive Actions, and KPIs into a cohesive operating system used daily by leadership and teams. Engagement type: Contractor Location: Remote (Latin America) Key responsibilities * Integrate EOS, Scaling Up, 4DX, and Metronome into a unified operating system. * Maintain and manage BHAGs, 3HAGs, 1HAGs, WIGs, One Numbers, Massive Actions, and KPIs. * Build and manage dashboards, scorecards, execution spreadsheets, and performance metrics. * Track cross-functional initiatives, milestones, and deadlines. * Build and maintain project plans for high-priority initiatives. * Ensure accountability across departments using lead measures and scorecards. * Prepare meeting agendas, scorecards, KPIs, and reports. * Facilitate leadership meeting rhythms with clear documentation. * Capture decisions and action items, ensuring consistent follow-through. * Act as a tool champion for at least one execution platform such as Ninety.io, Metronome, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or Notion. * Build dashboards and workflows within the selected execution tool. Required skills and experience * Minimum of 3 years using EOS. * Minimum of 2 years using Scaling Up. * Demonstrated experience with 4DX and Metronome or Metronomics. * Expert-level project management capability. * Strong written and verbal English proficiency. * Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours. * Experience supporting CEOs or executive teams. * Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, rapidly scaling environments. * Strong operational discipline, documentation, and execution follow-through. AI ability, desire, and passion * Daily, hands-on use of AI tools. * Continuous learning and curiosity around emerging AI platforms. * Ability to apply automation and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. * Capability to clearly explain personal AI workflows and productivity gains.
