The business specializes in pool electrical systems, generator installations, EV chargers, solar power solutions, HVAC support, and a range of general electrical services, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Its team of licensed technicians is dedicated to delivering precise, reliable installations and personalized service on every project. Role Overview The Remote Construction Estimator is responsible for producing accurate, complete, and field-ready estimates for residential and light commercial electrical and HVAC projects. This role plays a critical part in protecting margins, improving close rates, and reducing rework by ensuring scopes, pricing, and assumptions are clearly defined and aligned with real-world installation practices. Key Responsibilities - Build accurate estimates for residential and light commercial electrical and HVAC work using established templates and pricing rules. - Review job inputs (photos, presite notes, plans, job walk notes) and flag missing information required for accurate pricing. - Generate clear, professional scopes of work aligned with field installation practices. - Create Jobber-ready line items including labor, materials, equipment, permits, travel fees, and exclusions/assumptions. - Submit estimates on time, track them through follow-up stages, and coordinate revisions when scope changes. - Standardize estimating packages including proposal format, option structures (good/better/best), and inclusion clarity. - Maintain and improve the pricebook by updating labor units, material costs, and common assemblies. - Support permitting needs when required (basic documentation coordination, load calculations, panel schedules). - Reduce estimator-to-field friction by capturing install notes and preventing change orders due to missed details. - Report weekly on estimate volume, turnaround time, feedback from closes/losses, and pricing exceptions. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience estimating residential or light commercial electrical and/or HVAC projects. - Strong ability to build scopes from photos, plans, and notes while identifying missing information quickly. - Practical understanding of field installation sequencing and requirements. - Working knowledge of electrical code fundamentals (GFCI/AFCI, breaker types, dedicated circuits). - Ability to produce customer-friendly proposals with clear assumptions and exclusions. - Proficient with Jobber quoting (or similar), Excel/Sheets, and pricebook management. - Detail-oriented, fast turnaround, and strong communication with operations and field teams. Position Description Time - You will need to work everyday from 2 PM till 11 PM Leb Time. - You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) 5 days a week. - Your days off will be on Saturday and Sunday. All together this is a full-time. - This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere. Compensation: 1,800 USD
