Requirements and responsibilities

Principal, Value Creation — hands-on operating role for a SaaS holdco. Responsibilities include rebuilding sales comp, implementing pricing changes, building RevOps dashboards, and improving NRR and pipeline conversion within a $5-30M ARR SaaS business. You’ll work directly with portfolio CEOs to drive growth and turn strategy into real results. Background in consulting → SaaS operator or strong BizOps/RevOps experience welcomed. Ontario preferred; open to remote across Canada. High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, low ego, high energy.
