This role will focus on clients within Banking & Financial Services or Manufacturing, bringing deep industry expertise and credibility to drive strategic automation and agentic AI initiatives.This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for account growth, delivery oversight, executive relationship management, and strategic advisory. If you bring strong domain expertise and a passion for helping organizations modernize through intelligent automation, we want to connect!What You Will Do:Serve as primary point of contact with assigned customers and liaise between customers and internal project teamSupport intelligent automation and AI clients by providing answers, expertise, and insights as neededCreate Business Cases and ROI for all automation and AI projectsCollaborate with the project team to ensure customers' requirements are accurately captured for automation and AI projectsBe familiar with RPA and Agentic AI platforms enhance knowledge of how automation and AI works and to better inform customers on intelligent automation capabilitiesSupport the governance of the RPA and AI programsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk plan mitigation, metrics and financial projections for each automationResponsible for keeping stakeholders informed of project status and issuesResponsible for revenue under management and growth within existing client accounts.Accountable for high client NPS (net promoter score) to ensure we deliver quality, excellence and valueMaintain a portfolio of clients, sometimes doing the work of a Senior BA while also managing the delivery team (other business analysts and technical resources), setting pace and milestones, communicating risks and issues, ensuring client needs are met.Support growth team by scoping project complexity and total hours needed across the delivery teamAccountable for project profitability and future growthConduct site visits to RPA and AI clients, travel up to 25-50% when warrantedWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality AssurancePrevious experience with project management, managing multiple projects at a timeLean, Six Sigma, or general Business Process Improvement experienceExperience with automation Tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism a plusExperience with Hyperscaler platforms like Microsoft, Google, and AWSProven experience in eliciting requirements and testingAdvanced knowledge in generating process documentation including process flows, as-is/to-be documentation, and process design documentsStrong attention to detailExcellent presentation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)CORE COMPENTENCIESLifelong learner mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and management skillsUnderstanding of Agile SDLCWhy Ashling PartnersAt Ashling Partners, we strive to provide meaningful work in a positive, appreciative and fun culture for our own team.
